These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to Dice Duel, Astro Drift, and this website (together, the “Services”), provided by Zayns LLC, doing business as Sidd Games (“we”, “our”, or “us”). By downloading or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use them.
1. Eligibility
Dice Duel is intended for users who are 18 or older. Astro Drift is not directed to children under 13. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use the Services only with the permission of a parent or guardian.
2. License
We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use our apps on Apple devices you own or control, subject to these Terms and Apple’s Media Services Terms and Conditions. The apps are licensed, not sold.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Copy, modify, reverse engineer, or create derivative works of the Services, except where the law allows
- Cheat, exploit bugs, or use bots, scripts, or modified clients to gain an unfair advantage
- Interfere with the Services, other players, or our servers and infrastructure
- Impersonate others or use another person’s account
- Use the Services for any unlawful purpose
4. Virtual Items and Currency
The Services may include virtual items, coins, gold, gems, or similar in-game currency. These have no real-world value, cannot be exchanged for cash, and are licensed to you only for use inside the game. Nothing in the Services offers real-money gambling or the chance to win money or prizes of real-world value.
5. In-App Purchases
Purchases are processed by Apple, and Apple’s terms govern payment, billing, and refunds. We do not receive or store your payment information. Refund requests should be made to Apple through reportaproblem.apple.com.
6. Advertising
Some of our apps display ads provided by third parties such as Google AdMob. We are not responsible for the content of third-party ads or the sites and services they link to. See each app’s Privacy Policy for how advertising data is handled.
7. Accounts and Progress
Where an app uses an account, you are responsible for activity on it. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Game progress may be lost if you delete the app, change devices without signing in, or if we reset or change the game.
8. Intellectual Property
The Services, including their code, artwork, audio, names, and logos, are owned by Zayns LLC or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not give you any ownership rights in them.
9. Changes to the Services
We may update, change, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time, including features, virtual items, and game balance.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Zayns LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, or virtual items, arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose, or $50, whichever is greater. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
12. Apple
These Terms are between you and Zayns LLC, not Apple. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the apps. Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these Terms and may enforce them against you.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continuing to use the Services after an update means you accept the new Terms.
